PCOS, High FSH, and Cycle Support: Questions We Hear Often

PCOS, irregular cycles, high FSH, and low ovarian reserve can make fertility planning feel uncertain. Patients often come in with a stack of lab numbers and a simple question: what can I do in addition to the plan from my fertility doctor?

We start with the cycle, not a slogan

Every cycle tells a story: length, flow, ovulation signs, spotting, sleep, stress, digestion, temperature, and how you feel before and after your period. Traditional Chinese Medicine looks for patterns in those details. Modern fertility care adds lab values, ultrasound information, medication schedules, and diagnosis.

How acupuncture is positioned

Acupuncture is complementary care. It does not replace evaluation by an OB-GYN or reproductive endocrinologist. The goal is to support the patient while respecting the medical plan already in place.

Good first-visit notes

Bring the first day of your last period, average cycle length, ovulation information, recent FSH/AMH/estradiol if available, and any current fertility medications. A short text with this information is often enough to help us schedule the right appointment length.
