The first appointment is a conversation and a treatment. We want to understand your fertility history, your medical plan, your stress level, and your cycle timing. We also want the visit to feel calm. Many people are nervous before the first appointment and relaxed by the time they leave.
What to send before you come
A simple message is enough: your age, what you are trying for, cycle day, IVF or IUI dates if scheduled, major diagnoses such as PCOS or endometriosis, and which office is most convenient.
What treatment feels like
Acupuncture needles are very thin. Most patients rest quietly during the treatment. We keep the room comfortable and explain what we are doing, especially for people who are new to acupuncture.
How to schedule
Call or text. If you are in an IVF or IUI cycle, include your important dates in the message so we can help you choose an appointment time.
Have a timing question?
Call or text with your cycle day, IVF/IUI date, and preferred location.
